An event every 2 weeks that begins at 9:15 am on Monday, repeating until December 28, 2020
Join us as we learn from the sefer Kuntres Chovat HaShemirah, written by the Chafetz Chaim zt’l in 1915. Copies of the sefer are provided for in class use. Towards the end of class time, we learn from the sefer “A Lesson a Day”, regarding the laws of forbidden speech. The focus of this class is Shmiras Ha’Lashon – guarding one’s tongue, speech and words – based on the teachings of the holy Chafetz Chaim, R’ Yisrael Meir Ha’Kohen Kagan of Radin. There is no fee to attend this class.
